Indian Act. No. 2 of 1882, registered with the Govt. of Karnataka vide Registration No.
4-114/2016-2017 of CD No. 186 dated 05th August 2016.
Oakland Education Academy is further governed by statutes and regulations notified by
Government of India in the Official Gazatte of Trust Act of 1882.

Nalanda Institite is a non-profit academic institution dedicated
to providing higher education opportunities to a diverse
student worldwide, who serve all sectors of society that enable
them to develop knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their
professional goals.

The Nalanda Institute of Technology And Allied Sciences
(NITAS) Act 2016 provides that the institution is empowered
to collaborate and register regular, private, part-time and
distance students into universities that are approved under
Section 2 (1) of the UGC Act of 1956 and those are approved
to awared degrees under Section 22(1) of the UGC Act.
NITAS also empowered to provide full fledged counseling
students for council recorgnized courses that are approved
by regulatory bodies such as All India Council for
Technical Education (AICTE), Bar Council of India (BCI),
Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), National Council for
Teacher Education (NCTE) and Nursing Council
NOTE: NITAS has authorizations
to counsel, enroll students and to collect prescribed
fees onbehalf of universities which have been given
authorization. NITAS does not have any powers to issue
degrees
